Delete your account & data
Applies to the OneTask Android app
You can permanently delete your OneTask account and all of the task data synced to your Google account. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open OneTask and go to the Profile tab.
- In the Sync & backup card, tap Delete account.
- Confirm in the dialog. You can optionally also remove the tasks stored on that device.
This immediately deletes your synced tasks from the cloud and removes your account.
Option 2 — By email
Email contact@onetask.dev from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm and complete the deletion.
What gets deleted: your account identity and every task document stored for you in the cloud (titles, notes, categories, priorities, timestamps, reminder times, and focus history). This action can't be undone. Deleting your account does not remove tasks already stored only on a device unless you choose that option — uninstalling the app removes the on-device copy.
